The room and hotel was very clean, quite big and tidy. The atmosphere was always lively and friendly. It’s right outside the Canning Town Underground station. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

Good Hotel London is a profit for non-profit floating hotel with a waterfront location and rooftop terrace offering panoramic views. Clean and beautiful hotel, lovely room and nice shower.

Located less than a minute's walk from ExCeL London, the Sunborn London is a floating super-yacht hotel docked in Royal Victoria Dock, boasting free WiFi access, a bar and a restaurant. The staff were fantastic! We had some things we were in doubt about, and things we wanted to get sorted throughout our stay, and the staff at the reception were just so nice and helpful, and helped everything get sorted in a jiff. The hotel itself is also gorgeous, and the rooms were really comfortable and nice! It was a really nice surprise, that our room had both EU- and UK-type electrical sockets in the walls! The hotel's position right next to Excel was perfect for us :)

I recently had a delightful stay at the Novotel Hotel near London ExCeL. The hotel’s prime location is perfect for anyone attending events or conferences at the ExCeL, as it’s just a short walk away. Additionally, it’s well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore central London. The room was spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the docklands. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both hot and cold options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. If you’re seeking convenience, comfort, and excellent service in the London Docklands area, I highly recommend Novotel London ExCeL. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London!

The 4-star hotel is a 10-minute drive from Canary Wharf.... I have completed 17 days and the amount has not been recovered yet, why has he not recovered the insurance amount?

Situated in London, just 2.8 km from West Ham, London Excel Waterfront Serenity features beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and free WiFi. We were a group of 6, visiting London to attend a congress, and had the opportunity to stay in the penthouse of a development near Excel. The location was obviously perfect for our purpose as the congress was in Excel. However, even when visiting the city, public transport (DLR/Elizabeth Line/Jubilee) is nearby (5-15min walk) and even after a night out reasonable to come home to. As the booked apartment had only 2 bedroom with 3 bed each in it (we needed 4 and 2 bed, respectively), we upgraded to the penthouse nearby. The apartment itself was amazing, with 3 bedroom (1twin/1queen/3single) even better, and therefore perfect for our purpose. The view was incredible (23th floor) overlooking the Docklands, Greenwich and Canary Wharf. Definitely worth a trip/stay; we will come again soon.
