Friendly and engaging staff. Very helpful with recommendations when inquired. Room was enormous for England, largest standard room I've seen in the country. Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Location was central - short walking distance to trains, buses, restaurants. Couldn't get more central.

I love this place so much. The staff are wonderful and the building is awesome. Staff kindly offered me a quieter room when I told them I had to get up early the next day, and then kindly kept my bags the next day until I was done with my appointment. I try to stay here whenever I'm in the area in need of accommodations as this place is so pleasing and lovely. It fills me with joy. They always leave enough fixings for tea or coffee and the rooms are all immaculate.
