The staff were very helpful and the room was in good condition and comfortable. The location is fantastic – it’s close to a bus station that takes you to the center of London in just 20 minutes. There are also many useful stores nearby, which made everything very convenient.

The apartment is absolutely stunning, located in Elephant and Castle near all the South American restaurants, plenty of shops local. The owners are really good and clear with communicating, always happy to assist with additional requests. Heated flooring in the bedroom also, massive feature I loved... Considered sleeping on the warm fluffy carpet instead of the bed! I would book this apartment every week if it wasn't constantly sold out!
