Exactly how it looks in the photos The staff are friendly and professional. The room\hotel is clean. The linens are amazing! And the mattress was really comfortable. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. And lots of food options around. There's a construction site in front of the hotel. But the windows are soundproof, and you hardly hear any noise. Even with open windows! It was a pleasure to stay there.
