I told them I’d fractured my ankle and they assigned me a room on the ground floor with a huge bathroom. There was a lift to breakfast and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. The interiors by kit kemp looked fresh, modern and inviting. A most delightful and luxurious boutique hotel with its own restaurant and bar. Will be back in a heartbeat.

The Americana Hotel is a short walk from Regent's Park and Baker Street Tube Station. It has 24-hour access and serves a buffet breakfast in the morning. Refurbished room was a pleasant surprise. Brand new and spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly. Could help yourself to tea and coffee from the breakfast area. Also kettle in room.

Since I am a frequent traveler to London and choose a hotel mainly by its location not looking for much comfort, it exceeded my expectations of how comfortable beds were and free tea, coffee offer, nice welcome, its quitness. Considering coming back if I have to stay in this area.
