The interiors are so fancy and classic with nice pastel colors. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The tea and coffee facility in the room is great. Thank you for our anniversary arrangement in the room, the cheesecake was delicious.

Fast and efficient service, The bed was very comfortable and the location is within walking distance to Harrods and on Park Lane, close to the fabulous car showrooms. This 5-star boutique hotel is situated in the centre of London's West End, on the corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane. Staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. Location was perfect with Hyde Park across the road and Marble arch Metro on the corner. Very close to great shops. The facilities were fantastic and the room so comfortable. I utilised the gym and it was well set up. Could not fault anything. It was absolutely perfect.
