Very prompt responses, very clean with extra leisure facilities in the flat like games etc. No disturbance from anyone, everything was very well organized.

Cleanliness is one of the main things I notice, and I was highly impressed on how clean everything was. There's possibility of daily cleaning but optional to guarantee the guests privacy. Usually I'm very tidy and didn't really need it, but it was nice to have the option. The area is quiet and the room with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle provided me enough to have a breakfast in without needing to rush in the morning.

The apartment is nice and modern. The dinning room table was set up beautifully with plates, cups and roses and the beds were also made beautifully. It was great communication and they were very kind . They met all my requests and I would happily return .
