A beautiful period guest house in Kilburn, The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse offers free WiFi, a popular bar and a restaurant in North West London. Rooms were extremely clean. Continental Breakfast was perfect. Hotel is 5 mins away from both Underground and Overground stations. We had our own personal entrance to Guesthouse which was very handy for comings and goings. There were unlimited free water bottles available which was great. Staff were extremely accommodating and kept our bags after checkout so we could continue to explore. There isn’t much in the area but the stations are so close I can’t complain. Highly recommend the Black Lion and would stay again!!

It is new and very clean with good facilities (April 2024). Very comfortable for a family, as it has two bedrooms and two showers/toilets. I didn't have a lot of communication with the owner, but whenever I did, I received a quick and friendly response. Queens' Park underground station is 5 minutes walk, so does supermarkets, Boots and coffee shops.
