Close to tube station, great shower, very clean & spacious for London, kettle in room, dinner & breakfast at restaurant was excellent. Was very quiet. Easy checkout. Easy to get from Heathrow via Piccadilly line (but does take time - no changes tho, which is good if you have a large suitcase). There is also a rail station which was great for me getting to North Yorkshire. Also lifts at station.

The hotel is in a quiet location but close enough to walk into the city and with parking available immediately outside, its incredibly accessible.

I have always found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and highly professional. The hotel is situated quite close to Angel Tube Station, and it is one Tube stop from King's Cross St. Pancras Station, which is good if you are travelling on the Eurostar.
