It was our honeymoon and Ben was amazing, upgrading us to an executive suite and giving us prosecco on arrival and a later checkout time. We had an amazing breakfast and it was a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

There was everything we could have needed there. Communication with the host was really good and he seemed very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend or to stay there again.

Upon arrival we were met by Zach, who showed us up to the apartment. The meet and greet was perfect, he made us feel very welcome. During our stay if we had questions relating to the area, Zach was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect, having everything that you need. Having the outside terrace was perfect. It's a very peaceful area. We would definitely stay there again

The apartment is well located between two stations and super close to bus stop. Many shops, restaurants and a huge park nearby. Easy reach to the city center. The flat itself is confortable, clean it has all necessary accessories for daily living. Bed is confortable as well. I would stay again.

The apartment was very well located and had everything we could possibly have needed. The host was very responsive and helped us with our luggage, allowed early check-in and later check-out and all appliances and linens were very high quality.

The accommodation was very clean and had a big shared kitchen. I liked the host Alexey very much, because he took the time to show me everything and the conversations were very interesting.

London Comfort Stay is a lovely place. i was surprised how clean it is, especially when I compare it with my previous London accommodations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included so we enjoyed lovely coffee and croissant. For sure I'm gonna use this place again. Thanks
