We were unexpectedly stuck in London after we missed our connecting flight and this hotel was a saving grace. Lovely staff, stunning hotel and very comfortable. Antonia and Colin are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met. So welcoming and helpful/knowledgeable and always ensured I had everything I needed. The breakfast every day was delicious and the tea/coffee station in the room was a nice touch. I really felt so at home there and didn't want to leave. Going to miss staying with this wonderful couple and their gorgeous dog Teddy!!
