I would like to say a huge thanks again to the staff members that were working on reception on the evening of 21st January 2024 (unfortunately I cannot remember all their names) for all their help in trying to get myself and my young daughter to Gatwick airport as quickly as possible to make our flight home. Room is so cozy and the bed is such very good quality and comfy. Premium bedding too. Better than many 4-5 stars hotels. Staff super friendly. DLR station is very close. The room was super clean.
