The communication with the host was really really easy👍🏻!We absolutely loved the proxmity to Brockley station which is literally across the road & it only takes around 30 minutes into central London!Furthermore, there are several supermarkts within 400m walking distance (one just across the street-so probably 100m away😉) & nice cafes & restaurants around!The flat is well equipped, spacious & clean and there is a balcony!The flat is next to a street & the train tracks but i didnt feel it was loud (i live in Berlin so maybe my threshold might be lower;-))!All I can say, we loved our stay and i can only recommend-really really good value for money!Thanx for the lovely stay, Helen from Berlin

The house is settled in a quiet place, yet not so far from central. You can easily travel here by buses or train, which are really close. The stay in the house was very pleasant. The owners were very kind. The room was clean and cozy. I won't hesitate about coming back again.

The apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood, close to the metro station. Contact with the owner was without any problems, whenever I had a question I received a quick response. Cal is very helpful. The apartament is large and clean. It’s worth to adding that there are stairs in the apartment, but this was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend! ;)
