Located in London, a 19-minute walk from Park Royal Tube Station, Abbey Point Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. At first, while looking at the location pictures (google maps), I was not very excited about our arrival. The fact that it doesn't have a proper reception desk, but it is located in a Cafeteria, had my expectations really low. I could not have been more mistaken! The staff was lovely; once you enter the hotel, it is really nice (unfortunately, google maps shows the ugly entrance to a garage that is not the hotel). The cleaning ladies were super cute by arranging our bed and placing a Paddington bear, we had, right in the middle of our pillows. The staff behind the counter were no shy in starting conversations, answering questions, or even showing me their cat pictures (I am also a cat mama). It is the human touch that made our experience beyond pleasant. I have no complains on the service or the hotel.

The guys were amazing! Special wishes, small problems? They were there in a min. My pregnant wife needed and extra sheet and we got one without hesitation.

The location, neatness , value for money, microwave to warm my food and the Surprise of how the place exceeded expectation.

The Brant Hotel - London - Wembley has 14 rooms and is set in a quiet location, a 45-minute tube ride from central London. It has free parking. The nearest Tube station is Preston Road. The staff was amazing- we booked a different place first, but it was not at all what it seemed. The Brent Hotel took us literally last minute but made us feel like we were there all the time. They were so kind and comforting! The Brent Hotel is clean, safe and a lovely place to stay! Thank you guys for turning the trip around!
