Loved the robes, soft towels and rain shower. Housekeeping was excellent 2x per day service. Good breakfast included with cooked to order eggs. Standard room perfect for solo travel. Would be ok for a couple too, just a little small, but typical for a city stay.

The staff were extremely friendly, and accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms were very beautifully designed and comfortable. There are very cool cafes and shops close by. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to check out the wonderful restaurant next door, but it looked amazing. I was easily able to walk to Victoria station to take the Gatwick Express to catch my flight out in the morning. I enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. I would 100% stay there again.
