Holiday Inn Express Liverpool - Central, an IHG Hotel is well situated in Liverpool, and features a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everything. Excellent location (close to the pier, train stations, restaurants&bars, very comfortable room (clean, big tv, comfy bed&pillows, fluffy towels, very nice toiletries), very complete breakfast. Excellent value for money option.

We loved the facilities in the apartment, it was a great size, we had a sneaky peek at some of the others on leaving, must admit they where alot nicer than ours room 9, but for what we paid we are more than happy, only 7 of us ended up staying out of the 9, so the bed in the kitchen would of mentioned there was no room in there if we did use it, as that was very cramped and the toilet in that area was awful as is the drains in it smelt disgusting, soon as you opened the door it stunk the whole room out, but other than that we was happy with it.
