The staff & location were both perfect. We had the pleasure of speaking with Inness, who was so kind & helpful. She exceeded our expectations and made our visit superb!

Central Station Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Liverpool. Staff were amazing...I cannot stress that enough. Place was spotless.. there's no left, a fair few stairs but it wasn't enough to put us off stating there.

Carefully restored from what was the first bank in Liverpool, Heywood House Hotel, BW Signature Collection combines original elegance with modern luxury. Location was perfect, near the pier and the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide 24h service, and the room was huge. We loved the historic building and the coziness of this place.
