Offering stylish bedrooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, The Roseate Edinburgh is set over 2 Victorian townhouses, on opposite sides of the road, in Edinburgh's West End. What didn't go well!! This is such an outstanding hotel, restaurant and bar. The staff are all so wonderful, all of them. They are so knowledgeable. Beautiful food for dinner and breakfast (we didn't try lunch). We loved everything about the hotel and the staff!

Meget bra beliggenhet, med kort vei til Heymarket og kollektivtransport. Bussen stopper like utenfor døra. Komfortable senger, rolig område og lite støy fra andre gjester. God oppfølging fra personale via mail, men ikke noe mas. Vi kunne komme og gå uten å møte noen. Deilig med hageflekken utenfor. Stort rom og veldig god dusj pluss badekar. Flott med egen kaffemaskin og vannkoker på rommet. Det ble tømt søppel og fylt på med kaffe/te hver dag.

This modern hotel has a quiet location with easy access by bus to the city centre, 3.2 km away. It is 8 km from Edinburgh Airport and offering parking and air-conditioned rooms. staff friendly, room was big and clean, bed comfy, breakfast really good

This apartment is spacious, warm, clean and in an excellent location with parking. We could not have hoped for better. Our host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended to any travelers!

Overlooking gardens, this Victorian house is just a mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Edinburgh. Great hospitality of the hotel manager David from the moment of booking till our departure. Convenient location both from airport on A100 bus and from city center on 26/31 buses. Comfortable beds. Spacy room. Tasty breakfast. Free parking (if available). If we return to Edinburg, we will certainly stay there.
