Free private parking is provided at Innkeeper's Lodge Edinburgh, which is located just 10 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Zoo. The front desk greeter was very kind as I checked in late due to a cancelled flight. The room was perfect with an amazing new bathroom(seemed like it). Slept like a baby.

This hotel is next to Edinburgh Zoo, close to Murrayfield Stadium and 4 miles from Edinburgh International Airport. It offers a pool, gym, free parking and a restaurant. I loved everything. I stayed in 3 different hotels during my 2 week stay in Scotland and this hotel was my favorite. I lost my hotel key while I was running the Edinburgh marathon and the staff from reception just nicely gave me another one without any additional charge, so thank you :)

Situated in Edinburgh and with Edinburgh Zoo reachable within 1 km, The Torfin features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Our stay was so lovely and homely, the bed was so comfortable, so Cosy would definitely come back to stay here staff was lovely and the bar/restaurant had beautiful food and drinks

An 8-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, ibis Budget Hotel Edinburgh Park lies just off the City of Edinburgh Bypass and 30 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Park Train Station. Very good for a supposedly three star place, it felt more like 4 star, reception had food, beer and drinks for sale; all staff were friendly especially one Polish speaking receptionist who I got to speak to in Polish, she was very good, I forget her name unfortunately. The cleaning guy woke me up a lot the first morning knocking every hour, however the reception workers were able to enter DND in the system and this didn't repeat, showing an easy way to fix a minor problem. Free coffee even after checking out was very good, breakfast was ok-standard. The location is good, and going back on the tram you can hop off at Islington park and ride to save yourself the airport fare, as it is just a 10 min. walk to the airport from there. The TV was very good and useful, had so many channels, I got to end my stay in Edinburgh by watching Trainspotting again. The music channels were also great, more than 1 available for chilling with a beer. For just 48 quid or so a night I would definitely stay again in my next visit in the summer or autumn if the price remains steady. For contrast you pay like 250-400 euro a night for a hotel almost anywhere in Ireland now. I think Scotland will be my new home away from home for reasonably priced holidays with friendlier people. I get real sick of unfriendliness living here in Prague. Everyone in Edinburgh was great and a professional friendly hotel staff made the last day very chilled.

A charming stone-built Victorian villa dating back to the 1880s, Corstorphine Lodge Hotel is located on the A8, which links Edinburgh Airport to the city centre. Great room, high ceiling, very friendly landlords - we have felt at home the very first minute and will come back! It is very close to the airport and early flights are not a problem to catch: the bus 100 stops a few minutes past 4 a.m. Nearby the nice burger restaurant "The Torfin" to catch a bite and a pint. Delta Hotels by Marriott Edinburgh features a luxury leisure club where guests can relax in the sauna, steam room or whirlpool. The room were huge. City centre around 20-30 mins away. Ideal location on bus route (100 & 31) direct between airport (edi) and train station (Waverley). Nearby amenities, the shell station 2 mins walk, groceries is 5 minutes walk.

Marvin and Alba are great hosts, we were a little bit concerned to book a room in someone's home at first, but they completely changed our opinion about that in a very good way. Thank you!

Offering a garden and city view, The Traquair Park Residence is set in Edinburgh, 3.3 km from Murrayfield Stadium and 4.4 km from EICC. We arrived in Corstorphine, Edinburgh, and were instantly enamored with the town and the home. The first night we went to Winston's pub and the bartender Ian was amazing and so delightful to talk with. We explored the town a bit looking for dinner, but as we arrived a bit later and stayed longer at the pub, then we expected, we discovered that restaurants close around 9 pm during the weekdays. We were lucky to find The White Lady, and they were truly accommodating and had a great selection of spirits (the beer was amazing). When we returned back to the home, we were so happy with how LARGE the home was, we had 5 adults in our group and NEVER felt like we didn't have our own space. The garden was amazing, and we even had a fox show up in our backyard. He/She was quite tame and very friendly. The whole experience with the home being central to what we were doing in Scotland as well as being an incredible home base to have made our experience extremely pleasurable and relaxing!!
