In the heart of Brighton & Hove, North Laine Penthouse Apartment features city views from the terrace. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony. Four of us stayed at North Laine Apartment for a short break and we loved everything about it. The owner is really helpful and easy to communicate with and was very accommodating in allowing us to have an early check in with clear instructions on how to pick up the keys. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and spacious with a large terrace which on a summers day was drenched in sunlight and a lovely spot to sit and have a drink. The apartment is situated in the Laines area which is really buzzy with loads of great shops and cafes and is a short walk to the beach - even though its in such a central vibrant area however the apartment is quiet and we all slept well. There is a small kitchenette unit with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge - enough to make tea/ coffee or a simple breakfast which can then be eaten on the lovely terrace. We would definitely recommend North Laine Apartment for a stylish, comfortable stay in Brighton and compared to Hotels in the area represents very good value for money,

Right in the centre of Brighton & Hove, North Laine Sunny Cottage - with private PARKING! has city views from the terrace. This holiday home features accommodation with a patio. The apartment itself and the location were perfect as was the communication with the host. The free car parking is a real bonus. It’s easy to find, if you miss it you just drive one more circle. It’s only a one minute walk from the apartment, The space is a little tight, but definitely doable if you follow the host’s instructions.

Very convenient location, close to the station which we used and close to shops, restaurants etc. Nice modern facilities, relatively peaceful at night time. Our primary reason for visiting was to see family which was ideal.

It is a very nice and cozy and centrally based appartment. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing mashine has an incorporated dryer, we didnt miss anything wirhin 10 days stay.

Charming Cottage & Garden - central Brighton! can be found in Brighton & Hove, close to Brighton Beach and a 17-minute walk from Hove Beach. Everything. Especially the attention the host paid to comfort. The beds were exquisitely comfortable -the pillows were abundant but not too big. Everything was spotless. I liked that there were some fun books to read and that coffee and snacks were there when we arrived to make us feel recovered from the long flight. Thank you so much!
