It has everything you need for your stay and more. Communication was super easy as was getting access to the flat, and the welcome surprise of bubbles and chocolates was appreciated. The apartment location is very close to the waterfront. It was great to wander the few minutes down and watch the sunrise/set each day. Beds were great and very comfy. Yes, there are stairs down to the flat but they weren't too much of a problem for us. Really couldn't.have asked for more or a more.enjoabke stay. Will definitely stay here again, loved it!!

The flat was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect little getaway from life. It was in a quiet location relative to the beach (only a moments walk!) and was still incredibly close to Brighton pier without all of the commotion and noise. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked with appliances and dishes, and the decor was homely and well-curated.
