Everything was better than expected. I really enjoyed the room, it was spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and the included breakfast was excellent! The quirky old nature of the building and location was fantastic. The room was lovely, bed, super comfortable, and standing under that shower felt like being beneath a warm waterfall!!!

The location was excellent, right next to the sea and a 10-minute walk from the pier. It's right around the corner from the Brighton Centre if you're there for a conference. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities - hairdryer, coffee machine with coffee pods, sugar, milk, tea bags and a kettle, mini fridge, a few bits of crockery and cutlery, shower gel and shampoo, towels, and soap. The shower was spacious, the bed was large and comfy. It was great for a 3-night stay.
