Had a wonderfull experience during my stay especially when I had a great customer service from Hanin on the Reception, lovely, friendly and funny all the time. The host is very cooperative and understanding. they can be connected by phone /Whatsapp at any time if needed. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable- ideal for a family of 4 (additional one person may be accommodated). Key collection was very easy from a nearby location (1 minute walk from the property) for which direction was clearly provided by the host. many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. I loved the property and will certainly stay there again if I visit Birmingham.
