Since my last stay last winter, the palace had some very nice make over. It's a great place to stay for a number of activities in Birmingham and it was a very convinient location for me. Staff was incredibly nice, getting up super early for me to help with my luggage, so I could make it to the airport. Thank you so much, that was really appreciated!!!!

Lovely apartment and very comfortable. The location is great, loads of nice restaurants around and supermarket. Also it has netflix all set up, so dont need to log in to your own account. Everything is spotless and the communication with the host was smooth. We were a bit unsure about our arrival time and that was no problem. Quick check in and check out. The little terrace is great because of the big plants, it doesn’t feel like you’re in a big apartment block. We would definitely stay here again.
