Located in Birmingham, Peter Scott House is owned by the University of Birmingham and close to the campus and city centre. Please keep at least on staff there for taking care of electricity and if drinking water one or two bottles available.

The Apollo Hotel is within 5 minutes' drive of Birmingham city centre and has easy road and rail access to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC). room was very clean,doesn't look the best externally but staff were friendly and was quiet.

It was great to spend the weekend here with my wife and another couple of friends. We were at a national corporate event at ICC and the house was 20 minutes walking distance from that venue, so we got to walk along the beautiful Canal on our way to and from the trainings. House very clean staff was very welcoming, provided us everything we needed. New bed sheets and clean towels, kitchen with big fridge, kettle, microwave, cutlery and plates. Great price for an entire house of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, at a walking distance from city centre.We will certainly look for this place next time when going to Birmingham, we all loved it!
