My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Grand in Birmingham. The hotel is fantastic and has been renovated beautifully. All the staff were good but we need to make a special mention to Isatou kassama; who was the lovely, smiley and super professional every time we spend some time in the Madeleine bar. Thank you Isatou kassama for making our stay so special.

Just 10 minutes walk from The Bullring Shopping Centre, this elegant and modern hotel features rooms with Egyptian linen, plasma-screen TVs and free WiFi. Wonderful hotel in amazing historic building. Rooms are wonderful and well decorated. A real pleasure. And the hotel bar is very nice

The apartment was quiet and private, well furnished and clean, with complementary coffee pods and water ready upon arrival.
