Great value for money. The room had all the amenities necessary, and was very clean. The wifi connection was also great. Other facilities were also available such as an ironing room, and luggage storage. The hotel was located in a centralised area, with easy walking distance to eateries, and bus stops. The hotel was located close to Birmingham Coach stop.

Key pick up and drop off was very easy with clear instructions from Emily . Location is excellent with lots of restaurants etc close buy And a short walk to the bullring shopping centre .
