Perculiar Homes 2-Bedroom Ideal for Families, Groups & Contractors se nachází ve čtvrti Balti Triangle v destinaci Birmingham. This top-floor maisonette was very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. It was in a quiet location with plenty of parking behind the property and a park opposite. The beds were very comfortable. Useful things provided included: toiletries, toilet rolls, tea, sugar, milk, washing-up liquid (and other cleaning products), kitchen roll, tea towel (with some spares), towels and bed linen. There were local shops within easy walking distance. There were bus stops nearby but we walked into the city. It took us about half an hour to walk as far as the Back-to-Backs. The host responded very quickly to any messages I sent. My deposit was returned, in full, the day after we checked out of the property.

Location was great, the flat was clean, tidy and spacious, to say it was on a main road there was not much noise at all! I stayed on the sofa bed in the living room and there was minimal noise. The owner was also great! We struggled to get the key out of the key safe when we arrived and he immediately reassured us and told us he was coming to help. I also left a pair of shoes there and he done everything he could to check if they were where I left them which they were & he has agreed to post them to me as I live in another city! Very honest, reliable & respectful.
