The view is amazing, the room was clean and bigger than another hotel we stayed, not the most modern furniture but clean, comfortable bed, i asked for an extra blanket and i received it but the most important was the gentlemen from the reception, Meziane, who was the symbol of kindness. I hope he finds in his way only persons like him! Definately, when we’ll return we”ll stay here again. I forgot to mention that the train station is literaly in front of the hotel.

This hotel is just a 1-minute walk from Brochant Metro Station and 850 metres from the lively Place de Clichy. It offers a breakfast room with an arched ceiling and a 24-hour reception. Super comfortable room, nice breakfast, super nice staff especially the lady, don't know her name, but she took me to the pharmacy and helped me to find what I was looking for. The location is awesome, 1 minute walking to Brochant Subway station, and an awesome ultimate French bakery in the corner with delicious pastry

It is just a 20-minute walk from the famous Montmartre district. 这里的男员工很懒不会真正帮你解决问题，2024.09.19号我入住当天，一个男员工帮我办理入住，我提出想住在安静的一侧（不要朝向街区），他说twins bed的房间只有朝街的，我对此表示怀疑。2024.9.21日晚上，酒店的枕头实在是太高了我向另一位reception desk的男士提出帮我换一个矮一点的枕头。他当时在用手机视频聊天，告诉我他们只有一种枕头，他说他没有时间，是的因为他在开视频，我不知道这是否在上班时间是允许的。他甚至花了更多的时间向我抱怨很多客人投诉枕头问题但是酒店的“他们”并没有解决他也没有办法。我觉得很不合理，因此我我再次请求他帮忙去查看下有没有合适的枕头，因为他没空所以他告诉我我可以在十五分钟后打电话给前台询问，十五分钟后我打电话他告诉我没有矮的枕头。2024.9.22晚上我再次向前台咨询矮枕头，这次是一位年轻的女士，她花了1分钟的时间帮去地下仓库拿到了一个矮枕头，我非常感谢她让我在最后一晚睡了个好觉。这不是一个有偏见的评论，只是我遇到的男员工恰好充满抱怨并且不去真正帮忙解决问题，我多他们的服务态度和做事方式体验非常糟糕。酒店本身是不错的，地理位置也很好。
