The doorman was very helpful and pleasant. We arrived early for check in and the front desk was great in storing our luggage so we could go shopping . Everyone greeted us with a smile.

Overall, this property was fantastic! The location is amazing if you want something that is still in Paris, but not too touristy. There is also a beautiful park (Bois de Vincennes) right across the street. It's also well-connected by metro/tram/bus to any location in Paris. My colleague and I really enjoyed the design of the property. It was very modern. It was also very clean and the soaps they provided (just handsoap and 2-in-1 bodywash/shampoo) were of very high quality. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo/conditioner if you are used to using two separate products. The staff was also very friendly.

The citizenM Paris Gare de Lyon is set in the 12th district of Paris. It offers views of the Seine and is located near to Gare de Lyon train station. The staff at the reception was exceptional. I can’t remember their names but the Mauritian girl and her colleague were just too friendly. Thank you for taking care of my bags and prepared them for me. Honestly outstanding service.
