The Alcove Hotel is located in the heart of Nice, 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, around 15-20 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station and Place Masséna. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities you could need for both a short and longer stay. All the furniture and appliances are new (or at least well maintained), there are 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (both leading to the terrace). The terrace is beautiful, overlooking the inner courtyard of the residential complex, which is very safe and well kept. The location is a 10/10, next to the famous Negresco hotel. There's also a huge Carrefour next to the building, as well as a bus stop (bus 12 that goes directly to the airport). Sebastian (who greeted us) was very nice and welcoming, and communication with Emma (owner) was clear and friendly. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Owner welcomed us politely and explained everything about houserules, how things working.

In the Nice City Centre district of Nice, close to Plage Blue Beach, Gambetta - Wifi, 2pers, hyper center has free WiFi and a washing machine. Everything was perfect! Cleanliness and customer service was excellent!
