This flat is really well located on a quiet street, with the bedroom facing an inner courtyard). It is well designed and comfortable to stay in and the parking is easy to use and great you have a designated secure parking space. It is an easy walk to the touristy areas, with many excellent restaurants within a 5 min walk of the property. Communication beforehand was really clear and it represented good value for money. If I returned to Nantes, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was close to the tram #2 for getting to the city center. There were good walks along the l’Erdre through forested areas. There was a great grocery store several block away. Didier was helpful and kind. The area was quiet except for the road construction ( which also caused the water to be off unexpectedly x 4 AM hours)- this likely will not happen again!!!

Located in Nantes, the eco-friendly Aparthotel Adagio Access Nantes Viarme is just 1 km from the River Erdre. Free WiFi access and a kitchen feature in the modern studios and apartments. Room was enormous, bathroom was big and everything was very clean + modern. Wifi was reliable, common area was comfortable and the staff were excellent and very friendly. It's located close to shops and a short walk away from the main part of the city. Would definitely stay again.
