We were visiting this hotel at the time when there were ongoing protests. We came late by car when there were already fire and police on streets. Hotel has underground parking and there was security in the main door so it felt like a very safe place. They also offer food and drinks late in the evening in the hotel itself which was nice as we didn't want to go outside. Our room was new and clean, nothing to complain. Hotel itself is also modern and clean.

This hotel was exceptional value for money. The design is very nice, I was already on the pool access list when I arrived as requested. Staff was going out of their way to make everything possible. Special thanks to Carina for being such a lovely receptionist!

Novotel Suites Marseille Centre Euromed is just a 20-minute walk from Marseille’s old port. It offers a fitness centre and suites with a kitchenette, a microwave and a fridge. Everything was perfect and reception staff was very helpful and attentive. We got a complementary late checkout by Mathieu which was much appreciated since we really needed it. Clean, quiet, beautiful terrasse, abundant breakfast. To sum it up, we were greatly looked after from beginning to the end. I highly recommend the Novotel Suites, thank you for everything.

The apartment’s facilities are perfect. Make sure you read the instructions how to enter the property prior to arriving, especially when arriving at night.

This hotel is 450 metres from les Terrasses du Port shopping centre, 900 metres from MuCEM (Musée des Civilisations de l'Europe et de la Méditerranée) and a 15-minute walk from the old port and... The place was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.
