Hotel De Verdun 1882, BW Signature Collection is located in central Lyon on the Presqu’Ile, 450 metres from the Lyon Perrache TGV Train Station. Our room was charming. The location was fantastic. The coffee in the lobby was free and excellent. Everything about this hotel was lovely.

Villa Florentine is located in the heart of Old Lyon with panoramic views of the city. This former convent offers elegant guest rooms, a 24-hour reception and free WiFi throughout. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Being a smaller hotel it felt very calm and we had no problem securing a lounger around the pool area. The staff speak very good English and are very attentive. They made our stay very special.

It was in an ideal location near to restaurants and the river . I did a lot of walking so it was great to come back and luxuriate in the spa bath and enjoy the facilities. I would also recommend a nearby Boulangerie - 8 place Saint Paul.I also found it helpful to leave luggage at the office. the journey back to the airport was also straight forward from Bellecour metro.

I stayed in the cinema room (no windows) which was much nicer than I had expected. A very cute and modern hotel, would stay again if back in Lyon.
