The hotel staff was very accommodating and great location. As a large family, we need 2 rooms. The staff had us setup in adjoining rooms upon arrival. The sofa beds in each room were already made. The hotel bar and restaurant was a great option for a quick drink or snack. The location was great for walking to the tram, metro, or train. Also, walking distance to several great dining options.
