I was on Olympic games in Lille with some friemds and this stay is awesome! Lot of things to do, nice jacuzzi which was perfect for hot days as well as chilly night, plenty of space for sleep, Big living room, nice terrace, 3 toilets and 2 showers, definitely worth its price! Many additional things like full equiped kitchen, bluetooth speaker etc provided. We strongly appreciate "welcome gifts" :) atmksphere of the house is perfect!

A fantastic breakfast delivered every morning to be enjoyed while watching rowers & water birds on the river, runners on the jogging path, etc. etc. Truly magnificent and Claude is a great host! He speaks quite a bit of English so don't worry if your French is so-so! Also, some really amazing restaurants nearby. We adored La Table de la Colysee and the bars on the nearby Quai.

However, overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a group of three or anyone expecting fully functional amenities.
