Built in 1911, the hotel overlooks the bay on the Boulevard Croisette and features its own private beach, pier and Belle Epoque façade. It is my favorite hotel in Cannes. This is my third stay in the Carlton Cannes and I’m sure I’ll be back soon

The location of this apartment is FANTASTIC. It is right in the heart of Cannes. It is a large studio with a fully equipped kitchen. There is an umbrella for the beach so grab some towels (can rent from apartment, but we had our own) and you can head to the beach for free and choose when you want to go to a beach club. The apartment is very clean and comfortable to spend time in. The bathroom is big with a large shower. We arrived early and we were able to have the housekeeper hold our bags until check-in so we could explore the city. Checkout was also simple and took less than 5 minutes. This is the second time I’ve been to Cannes and the second time I’ve stayed here. I will 100% be back again because the value can’t be beat. It’s next to hotels that charge 5x the price for a night. The manager also messaged me to let me know there was a local fireworks show. I would have had no idea and it was one of the best firework displays I’ve ever seen. Very thoughtful!

Ideal location!!! The apartment is small but very lovely, the bed is super comfortable, the place is very clean and has everything you need. The kitchenette area is small but we used it mostly to make our coffees. Loved the balcony area where we spent much time eating and just sitting. It overlooks a garden and feels very private as we rarely saw people there. Even when it rains the chairs and table stay dry. The property managers are wonderful, cheerful people who went out of their way to make our stay even better! If no one is staying above you, the hot water takes a few minutes to warm up (so let the shower run a few minutes before getting in) - bonus is you never run out of hot water! There’s a grocery store up the street with fresh artisan bread and pastries and an excellent selection of cheese and food. There are parties all around playing great loud music but with the doors closed you don’t hear a thing. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to everything and steps away from the beach. Bright and sunny apartment with a n nice view from the balcony. Spacious in terms of area and living space. Overall cleanliness was very good. Excellent value for money.
