Everything! This hotel is amazing! Unfortunately we could just stay for one night but it was incredible. Audrey was so nice and gave us many recommendations, they helped us book in a very special place and made us feel at home. Also the view from the terrace is amazing and don’t miss breakfast, it was delicious and really cozy and special.

Just back from a quick visit to Bordeaux wit my daughter and I will 100% be staying at Hotel Madame again x everything was so perfect from the minute we got there, they go above and beyond to help with anything, we had room wit terrace and what a view, so fabulous , I will be recommending to everyone, perfect location, could not have asked for anything better 🎉

A very interesting and original place, fantastic interiors. The room was clean, beautifully decorated. A great idea is self check-in and check-out. The service was very nice and willing to help. An additional advantage is the location.

There are 2 buildings but they are both in face of the Grand Theatre. Very close to both The Quincore square. The staff is very kind.

Set in the heart of Bordeaux, a 2-minute walk from Gambetta tram stop, Mama Shelter Bordeaux offers free WiFi, a 6th-floor restaurant serving French cuisine, and a cocktail bar with DJ music. This is the perfect hotel for wandering through the old town, shopping districts and seeing the amazing array of churches. The breakfast was exceptional, the rooftop bar was great for our lunch, and we could see it was very popular in the evenings when the weather was good. The most amazing thing about Mama Shelter is the exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff. The rooms were fine and quiet, with good showers, plenty of room, a mini fridge and excellent beds.
