Even at an extra cost it was worth it. The room I had was upgraded which was very nice. The gym was fantastic. The staff were all very lovely, in particular Flavio at the front desk who Introduced me to the hotel upon check in and gave me a tour, and Sanni who was always very helpful in the garden restaurant.

The atmosphere of an old building was magical. Experience starts with the very first moment when you enter the old fashioned elevator and continues throughout the whole stay. Very pretty! Our room had a fantastic view (see photo), beds were very comfy. Staff was one of the kindest I've met.

It’s exactly like the photos. Everything was organised and clean. Perfect area close walk to town centre and felt very safe.

It's perfect for one person with the bed on a mezzanine and quite a big living space and a fully equipped kitchenette. It's on the ground floor, but thanks to the one-way mirror windows you don't have to worry about privacy (but there are curtains if the view of passing people disturbs you). It's nicely decorated and quite practical even for longer stays.
