The building was clean and beautiful. The old elevator was in very good condition. Also a very, very warm place in winter. All instructions was simple to understand. Getting to that location from the airport and port was easy. Everything in the apartment was like it seems in the photos! Very simple but also comfortable. Pretty small apartment but cosy, maybe better works for 2 persons but if needed can work also for 3 or 4 (then it could be a little bit too cramped). We were 3 family members and it worked just fine. In general it felt like home, if we didn't have our next booking in the next location we would definitely stay longer!

I liked that the place was clean, had all necessary accessories (like hair dryer, coffee machine, etc.). The host was very responsive and welcoming. Also it was easy to collect the keys. As I am doing an internship in Aalto and trying to experience different areas in Helsinki, then this place is a good one to stay in Kallio. The tram, metro and a lot of nice restaurants are very close by (including vegetarian ones).

Spacious and clean apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay (coffee machine, blender, toaster, dryer, iron, washing machine, cosmetics, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, etc.). There are bedside lamps and rugs - what is often missing in typical apartments for rent for tourists. Everything new. You feel that you are welcome here as a guest. There are several long-open shops, pubs and restaurants nearby (and a wonderful public sauna!!!). Very good transport to the city center (it's also a short distance on foot).

The apartment is equipped with very good European furniture from electric appliances to decorations. You can tell it is really well-maintained and comfortable to stay either for a short 2-4 day trip or longer.

The property is exactly what you would expect from an apartment in Helsinki. It is small, but by no means cramped and is very cozy. It is delightfully simple, minimalist in a modern fashion, which is very much typical of the apartments you'd find throughout the city. We were a group of three (2 adults and one child) and found it met our needs perfectly. I give it 5 out of 5 stars not because it is luxurious as in a 5 star hotel style fashion but because it delivers exactly what is promised and it does so at a stellar value. The location is perfect for access to the metro station or the tram, both of which are a minutes walk away. From there you are only a couple of stops from the city center and the old market along the waterfront. The newer Hakaniemi market place is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) or just one stop down the line on the metro. There is a little grocery store a stone's throw away as well and numerous restaurants in the area. The building itself is very secure and there is even a little garden area in the back (which would be nice in warmer months). We didn't meet our host in person but she kept a line of communication open with us via WhatsApp during our entire stay and made sure to make us feel most welcome. Overall we loved our stay there.

The apartment was nice and the host was friendly and patient with us. The location is also a plus, as it is near lots of public transportation options, shops and restaurants!

I liked the aestethics of the place. The hospitality of the hostess and the location of the apartment. Definetly coming back when im visiting Helsinki.

The appartment is amazing. At first I didn't believe it could exist but it's even prettier than the pictures. Location is also great (though you need to be fine with people partying outside)
