The owner picked me up from the airport upon request and has been very supportive throughout my stay at Metas Hotel and spa, I would say it's worth meeting him.. The manager is friendly and caring. She made my stay feel like home to me. She arranged for me taxis to ensure I don't miss my appointment. The meals are delicious, the hotel is located in a good and safe place with a good view of the city. Wifi is perfect, reliable power, a very clean environment and spa. The hotel aides are excellent servants. I enjoyed my stay!

Merkebu Mebrat was gentle with my luggage and took it to my car across the road. If I came to Ethiopia again, I would choose this place again.

Everything was great with Sabon Hotel! The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained, clean and cozy. But the staff make this place exceptional. From Selam and Selamawit at the front desk (both so so helpful) to Mebratu and his team in the restaurant (so kind) and Berhanu (I believe that's his name) who works in the lobby helping guests with various needs (also very kind and helpful), the driver who waited over an hour until I got out of the airport (sorry I forgot his name) - everyone went above and beyond and made my return to Addis so smooth and easy. Thanks so much to the team. I loved staying at this hotel and highly recommend it. It was also nice to have a free breakfast buffet, an ATM on site, and close proximity to restaurants. The staff even helped me get some clothes dry cleaned at a dry cleaners nearby. I could go on and on but I'm grateful for everything.
