Nice and big, quiet and very clean apartments away from the city center. You can always and easily find a parking space nearby. The center is very easy to reach by uber or car. The apartment has everything you might need for both living and cooking. Very comfortable. We were greeted by a very kind and caring hostess.

Everything was as described: it's clean, modern and conveniently located - walking distance to the downtown and metro is nearby. The host let us stay a bit longer, as we had a late flight. We will definitely come back again!

It was a very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood and also clean. The wine and biscuits from the host was very thoughtful and she,s very prompt to reply to messages and helpful. It had plenty of storage for our family of four on a city break. We made use of the sofa bed too and it was really comfortable. The spacious apartment had everything you would need from wash and drying facilities to a coffee maker. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils etc. if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal . The was a lovely indoor and outdoor dining area too . The bedrooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated too . The air con in all the living areas was so welcome after warm day exploring Valencia . The apartment felt really safe and quiet that sometimes you would forget there is a city outside. The nearest supermarket had absolutely everything you would need and was literally across the road . The walk to the city centre was lovely and only took about 15 minutes but the bus stop to take you there and back was only a street away if you were too tired to walk . The owner made himself contactable for anything we needed and was really helpful with information about the property and the facilities around it . We had the most pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henrik and his property to anyone planning a trip to Valencia ..

The accommodation was very well equipped. Very clean. The facilities look brand new. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice air conditioning. Windows have blinds that allow sleeping in complete darkness. Quiet at night.

Staying at this apartment was the best choice possible!! Juan is the greatest guy who even picked us up from the underground station and showed us our way to the apartment. When we arrived there was a huge bowl of fruit, drinks and everything you need and can think of was there for you prepared (even bathroom accessories!!). Juan also gave us hundreds of tips where to go, eat or what to do in our free time so we really had the best time possible!!!! THANK YOU JUAN, we will definitely come back one day!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Céntrico apartamento en Valencia próximo parada de metro Ángel Guimerà pakub majutust Valencias, 1,7 km kaugusel Barrio del Carmenist ja 2 km kaugusel Bioparc Valenciast. Great location, walking distance to city center, close to underground station and bus stop. Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean, very well equipped with everything, you could need, plus a lot more. Upon arrival, we got from the host a full basket of fruits, pastries, bread, cereals, milk, vine, coffee capsules and a lot more. Same in bathroom, everything was provided. I highly recommend.
