Apartment is very cosy, beds are comfortable, hosts are very nice and at your disposal. I see that some reviews mention bad location - but for me it is perfect. First - location is transparently stated, so if you don't like it, there is no one else to blame but you. But I guess some may expext this price, and location just next to Alcazar. Second - if you are with the car, there is plenty of free parking places around the building. And bus station is just in front of the building. Apartment is spacious, nice, and really good value for money.

The apartment is small, but cozy, equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is very large and particularly nice. We found plenty of parking spots in the area and even though it's not very close to the center, it's well connected and you can also walk to Plaza de España. A big plus for the host who made checking in and out extremely easy.

The house was very new and everything had just been bought. It was quite spacious. It was safe and had a parking lot. The person who met us when we got home was very nice and friendly.
