The location of this apartment is excellent. Right in front of Maria Luisa’s gardens, and 10 minute walk to Plaza de España, and a 15 minute walk to where all the restaurants are. A couple of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby.Even though our windows face the street, the apartment was quiet. It was very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker and a full size fridge. A sitting area with a sofa bed and a tv and a small table and chairs.The room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable too, and had electric outlets on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was very nice and they left a lot of toiletries for us,nice towels and a blow dryer and a vanity.No hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. we needed an iron, and contacted management, and they left a steamer for us. Also, there were no glasses, and they brought two as well. You could use the washer and dryer in the first floor with complementary detergent. The air conditioner worked perfect.I would book this place again.

The flat is in a good location, I felt very safe and it’s very easy to walk to attractions. In the pictures it shows the flat on the main Road, but the way the flat is placed in the block we were not disturbed at all by noise. The flat was impeccably clean and one of the best equipped apartments I have stayed in. Really liked that the host had a qr code you could scan when you got to the property when had videos uploaded to show you how things worked and also other useful information. The host was also very responsive when we texted and helpful, let us into the property early and texted us a place we could leave our luggage for the day one minute from the property. Feel like the host is someone who has travelled and stayed in places and knows the things that make a stay more pleasant and easy. Great value for money, would absolutely stay again.

The parking was easy and secure in the basement of the block and the apartment was easily accessible on the 2F. Clean, well equipped and perfectly located near the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Surrounded by cafes and bars, especially recommended is the breakfast at Nuria Cafe - delicious toasted hunky bread with wonderful butter and great coffee.

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable in a newer building, and the host was accommodating. The possibility of using the rooftop little pool was a nice feature on a hot summer day. The location was excellent for exploring the city.
