AACR Hotel Monteolivos is a 5-minute walk from Seville’s AVE Train Station and 1 km from Sánchez Pizjuan Football Stadium. Set in gardens, the hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool. We booked this hotel because was looking for place near the rail station, and really enjoyed. Room was clean and comfortable for two, very polite staff, and location good for walking lovers.

Catalonia Santa Justa is located a short walk from Seville's historic centre, and just 650 metres from Santa Justa AVE Train Station. It offers a sun terrace, rooftop swimming pool, and a hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. We even received a boffle of water free to celibrate my partners birthday. The breakfast was very good

The location is excellent. It located in an queit and safe community. There is supermaket near the apartment. It's very convient to the main points of interest. The landlord is full of hospitality. They resolve any issued very quickly.

Comfortable, close to Seville suited me, being in the Old Town Centre May be more appealing to some but I used bus/tram to go every where I needed to go & centre of old town by bus only 10-15min away
