Todella hyvä hotelli. Erinomainen sijainti josta lyhyt matka historiallisiin nähtävyyksiin. Huone oikein viihtyisä, ja terassiparvekkeella oli mukava viivähtää lämpimässä joulukuun auringossa. Maukas aamiainen, johon tosin olisin kaivannut tuoreita vihanneksia.

Very easy, the host was timely with communication, the easy access to the property. The whole apartment was immaculate, it exceeded my expectations. The lighting and heat/air conditioner options were fantastic. The balcony a lovely extension of space. The location on Asuncion, ideal and the building quiet well lit.

Location in a quiet neighborhood, small apartment but comfortable enough to rest and sleep. Good coordination with staff waiting for us to arrive to the apartment on check in day. It is a 20 minutes walk to get to downtown, but taxis are easy to get to go around.

It is a good house for a group of friends, being like a students house (living room and kitchen at firs floor, 7 rooms sharing 4 bathrooms, nice terrace on top). It is at waking distance from city center
