Ignacio is very attentive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is going smoothly. The pricing is fair, the apartment is spacious, clean, and includes a kitchen and laundry machine which was super helpful! The apartment is easy to find and in a fantastic spot in Seville to access all the tourist spots by foot or bus. Very safe as well, but honestly all of Seville felt safe to us. We can already tell our stay in Seville at this apartment will be the highlight of our entire European trip.

It is close to all the tourist sites. Also, there are lots of good restaurants and cute cafes nearby. The entire apartment is so modern and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The hostess Mary is very responsive and kind. Thanks again Mary for the good recommendations for the places to eat! I highly recommend this place. And I look forward to staying again in the future when I visit Sevilla.

Staff ,Maria was very nice , kind, available when required .Very nice, modern, clean, spacious, kids love the roof terrace for tanning, we had our breakfast in roof terrace . I would go or use this apartment in future if required.We requested things when run out and you will get them very quickly.Parking was good as well.

Before I booked , I read reviews about stairs and huge nombers of complains about how long they are. I was shocked that the stairs are just ordinary, I thought them 700. they where just 12 each floor. I think who complained about the stairs, either need a fitness center to go or mental hospital to stay in. the palce is very good . love it. well equipped and clean. near restaurants and shops. good owner. مكان جيد للسكن

Super convenient and great location. Great owner very accommodating and good communication. Stairs are tight but very nice room on the second floor.
