The friendliness and kindness of the staff stood out the most to me—from the receptionists to the person manning the buffet, they were all so warm and hospitable. I booked my room just a few minutes before because of a horrible experience at a nearby hotel and they immediately helped me and checked me in without any problems. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in the world. There were a lot of varied and healthy options. The massage/masseuse was wonderful and relaxing. The building is beautiful.

The room was perfect, big, good taste, very comfortable. Outside the room absolutely perfect too and with superior staff. Delicious and complete breakfast. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, anywhere in the world.
