We really liked the older building with its unique older features. Loved the location on the hill with fantastic easy access to transportation downtown to the old city & the beach. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming & attentive. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the nice breakfast room & the garden area.

The view from the room was amazing—you won’t find a better view for this price anywhere in Donostia! The location is fantastic and parking was very easy.

Set in the Gros district in San Sebastián, Hotel Arrizul Congress is only 300 metres away from Kursaal and La Zurriola beach. All rooms feature a modern décor, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful with local knowledge and where to eat. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Parking a few minutes walk away and the location was excellent next to Old Town but across the bridge.
