Portofino Mallorca is just 2 km from Palma de Mallorca Airport and 100 metres from the beach. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and free Wi-Fi. Very nice and helpful staff. Check-in after 9pm wasn't a problem as the reception is open 24/7. Breakfast for €14 was very good. Rich buffet with tasty food.

On arrival, the owner met us with the keys, welcomed us to Palma and showed us around the property. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with thoughtful touches to make the stay easier for families and large groups. There's a washer and plenty of line space for drying, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. The local area is safe and convenient to the city of Palma. There's an excellent beach about 10 minutes' walk from the rental with a shallow, gentle shoreline perfect for young children. Getting into Palma is easy, as the #35 bus stops right around the corner and takes you into the heart of the city. A good supermarket (Mercadona) is at the bus stop and offers everything you might need for food, plus an array of gluten free options. The owner was kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the garage after we checked out (we had a very late flight) so we could spend another day in the city. He was responsive on WhatsApp, friendly, and just generally sound.
